        Manage

        Control queen bee & colony

The first key to good honey is a healthy queen bee. From the state to each provincial government, regulate the circulation of bee queens, register them, and ensure the circulation of healthy bee queens, so that there can be healthy bee colonies. Changes in the health status and size of the colony are also monitored.

        Beekeeper & Personnel Management

Beekeepers are required to apply for a permit from the government before they can start beekeeping, and other personnel involved in beekeeping operations are required to keep records for verification to ensure that everyone involved in the honey industry complies with industry practices and food safety regulations.

        Plant hygiene and safety

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) sets relevant hygiene standards for honey storage, filling and packaging sites, and conducts annual audits to ensure that all items such as the manufacturer's plant, personnel, storage containers, and packaging process meet the standards.

        Inspection

Formulate honey food safety standards, safeguard consumer rights, and require the industry to provide product inspection reports

        Pure Canadian honey

The government regulates the labeling of the source of the packaging, so that consumers can buy Canadian honey with peace of mind.

Only 100% Canadian honey produced in Canada can be labelled as "Product of Canada" or "Canadian Honey".

        Advantage

Canadian honey is a must-see. It has a warm and pleasant taste and a floral scent.

The nectar of four-leaf clover and canola flower is the main ingredient used by bees to make Canadian honey.

Rich in antioxidants, honey has anti-inflammatory effects that help fight infections caused by colds, lubricate the respiratory tract and reduce phlegm, and alleviate seasonal allergies.

It is rich in fatty acids, which can speed up the peristalsis of the stomach and intestines, and the vitamins and minerals in it can regulate the gastrointestinal function, and at the same time, vitamins can also eliminate toxins from the body and improve constipation.

        Oats

The health benefits of oats and oat products have been documented since the "oat mania" of the late 1980s. Oats contain a variety of high-value nutrients, such as dietary fiber, β-glucan, protein, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

        Nourishment

Oats are a gluten-free, whole-grain food, and oatmeal (known as oatmeal in Cantonese) is the most complete form of oats that takes a long time to cook. As a result, most people prefer to cook rolled, crushed or steel-cut oats, and instant oats are the most processed of the oats, which can be cooked in the shortest amount of time, but lose the texture of the oatmeal.

Oats are incredibly nutritious and well-balanced, a good source of carbohydrates and fiber, higher protein and fat than most other grains, and rich in vitamins and minerals, such as 191% of the daily requirements of manganese, 41% phosphorus, 34% magnesium, 24% copper, 20% iron, 20% zinc, 11% folic acid and 39% vitamin B1 per half cup (78 grams) of dried oatmeal.
